Government to deprive Dagestan and Ingushetia of financial independence
Russian government approved the bill about exterior administration of unprofitable regions. According to new bill subjects of Russian Federation, which profits are 70% dependant on the federal center, will lose financial independence. At present moment there are 2 candidates for sanctions - Dagestan and Ingushetia.
The document was developed by initiative of presidential plenipotentiary in Southern federal region Dmitriy Kozak and underwent necessary expertise in profile economic ministries. At present moment the legality of the document is examined in administration of the president. After lawful expertise the president will introduce the bill to parliament. In case of priority consideration parliament can pass the bill by summer.
Introduction of exterior economic administration in grant regions presupposes additional inspection structures. While official representatives of Dagestan don`t oppose these measures, the president of Ingushetia Murat Zyazikov disputed sharply: "I think it is a barren scheme, illegal and economically groundless. This is delusion", - he announced.
