Meeting of political purge victims to take place in Yekaterinburg
On Sunday, March 5, on the date of Stalin`s death, traditional meeting of Stalin`s repressions victims will be held. The event will take place on the new location of right protection organization "Memorial", where it has moved just few days ago.
"We held such events on this day annually. Last year it was a picket, this year we decided to hold a meeting and at the same time present to the purged our new place", said the press-secretary of "Memorial" Elena Tarasova.
The purged will start gathering since 12 a.m. These are elderly people, who don`t need speeches of pathos. They will just meet each other, see the new house, have tea and talk to each other".
Besides, according to rights protectors, a small exhibition under the name of "Stalin died yesterday" will be presented.
