Punishment of the EU and the US against Russia and possible countermeasures of the Russian capital will only exacerbate differences in Ukraine, says the Executive Director of the Washington Advisory Centre national interests Paul Saunders.
The U.S. and EU on the last working day of the week announced increased penalties against financial, defense and energy sectors of Russia's economy, accusing Moscow of interfering in Ukraine.
