4-thousand-year noodles found
Archeologists found noodles made 4 thousand years ago.
During the archeological digs in Lajia, located near the river Huanher the archeologists found the figuline which had the rest of noodles from the period of late Stone Age.
4 thousand years ago Lajia was overflown. As the archeologists suppose water-level raised so fast that people didn?t have time to live their houses and the whole village was flooded. Nowadays archeologists find a lot of ancient things. The whole houses have stayed the same under the ground for a lot of years.
After examination archeologists came to the conclusion that technology of making noodles didn?t change over 4thousand years. Dough was made in the same way as present-day cooks do. The only difference is that instead of wheat or rice flour the ancient cooks used millet.
Discovery shows that noodles first appeared in China and only then they spread all over the world.
