Lesbian will receive alimony from sperm-donor
Supreme court of Sweden sentenced a man who became a sperm-donor for a couple of Lesbian to pay alimony back to biological mother of his baby.
As Ananova edition say this story began at the beginning of 90th. Some Swede (his name was not signified) who is 39-year-old now yielded to persuasion and became a sperm-donor for the couple of Lesbian for future children. He signed documents that prove his biological paternity but made a reservation that he would never take part in upbringing of children that could be born with his help. Women agreed with his term and realized a procedure of telegenesis.
They gave a birth to three boys. The oldest is 13 year old now. Women were implementing a treaty for all period and did not bother the father of their children. But they quarreled with each other and separated not long ago. And then it has occurred to one of them to receive alimony from the biological father. She went to the law and had court victory of the lower authority. The defendant tried to contest this decision but Supreme court let it stand. Now sperm-donor has to act as a real father.
