Rice to visit Moscow
USA general secretary Condoleezza Rice will visit Moscow on Friday where she will meet with Russian administration representatives.
About Rice intention to come to Russia was declared on Thursday evening by USA government department official Shawn McCormack. It was planned before that general secretary who is in Paris at current moment will fly to London afterwards.
McCormack didn`t explain the reasons of this sudden visit or possible program of negotiations in Moscow. Official information about duration and goals of Rice`s visit will appear on Friday afternoon.
By American diplomat sources, USA general secretary plans to discuss Iran nuclear program, situation in Iraq and Near-Eastern conflict regulation with Russian administration in Moscow.
It will be a short-termed visit; on Saturday morning she will head for London where she will meet with the Great Britain Ministry of Foreign Affairs head Jack Straw.
