A court in France blesed extradition of the ex-head of BTA Bank Ablyazov
A French court on the last working day of the week blesed extradition of the former head of Kazakhstan's BTA Bank Mukhtar Ablyazov, who was detained in France in 2013, reports the Agency.
Issuing banker sought Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. In early January, a French court decided to extradite Ablyazov in the Russian Federation or Ukraine, while priority is given to the Russian side.
