The election campaign in Ukraine cynical and unscrupulous, said the Russian Ambassador to the UN Vitaly Churkin.
Extraordinary elections to the Parliament of Ukraine will be held on Sunday, October 26. They will be part 29 political associations. In Parliament will be elected 424 MP.
" Those in Ukraine who really wished civilized development of their country - and this, surely, a lot - can only sympathize.
