Crimea wants to establish direct travel routes with China


Crimean authorities hope in the future to establish direct travel routes with China so that the Chinese could easily come to rest in the Crimean region, said Deputy head of the Council of Ministers of the Republic - permanent representative of the region under the President of the Russian Federation Georgy Muradov.

" China still billion 300 million people. We look forward to the future to build tourist routes with direct long-term people's Republic of China ", he said at a meeting of the Crimean government in Yalta.

Muradov has also made the initiative with regard to the transformation of the Crimea in the year-round resort to attract investors in the development of hot mineral springs and Spa therapy.

Crimea and Sevastopol became the regions of Russia after the referendum in March 2014, when a Large number of residents were in favour of secession from Ukraine and entry into Russia. This year, the Peninsula has already visited more than 3 million tourists.

Crimean authorities by December intend to create and adopt a state program on development of tourism and resorts, the goal of which is to turn the Crimea in the near future in an international, year-round, competitive tourist center of Russia.
