Ettinger: European citizens have the opportunity to be quiet for gas supplies in winter
Tripartite dialogues Russia, Ukraine and the European Commission gas were long, but Europeans now have the opportunity to be quiet for gas supplies this winter, said the Vice-President for energy g?nther Oettinger.
" We, citizens of Europe, I can say that this winter gas supplies will be provided. I think We have reached a breakthrough and it can thank all the participants of the negotiations, " he said at a press conference on the results of the trilateral gas talks with Russia-Ukraine-European Commission, held on Thursday in Brussels.
