Prokofiev and Lugansk state Academy of culture and arts - these institutions are transferred to Kiev." in the sphere of management of the Ministry of culture is four institutions (?) - Lugansk state Academy of culture and arts, Donetsk state musical Academy named Prokofiev, Luhansk and Donetsk state circuses. In order to enable students and teachers of these schools to continue their education and work in higher educational institutions in controlled areas, the Ministry of culture decided on changing the location of the Lugansk state Academy of culture and arts and the Donetsk state musical Academy named after S. Prokofiev from the cities of Luhansk and Donetsk to Kiev ", - informs the press service of the Ministry of culture. Culture Minister Yevgeny Nisoc appointed acting rectors 2 of these academies.
