Latvia does not give promise of visa liberalisation with the Eastern partnership countries

The EU presidency will go to Latvia from Italy in the new year.
" As far as the summit of the Eastern partnership - we will work together with the European Commission and the involved partners in order to progress in the visa liberalisation process. How far we get by may next year, largely depends on our Eastern partners, " said Johanson explaining expectations from the Eastern partnership summit in Riga.
in the Eastern partnership of the European Union includes Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. Visa-free regime between the EU and Moldova entered into force on 28 April.
