Husein trial not to be fair
Organization Human Rights Watch is afraid that trial over Saddam Hussein will not correspond to international legal norms.
HRW representatives are confident that tribunal will not guarantee Iraq dictator sufficient level of protection. Therefore, Saddam Hussein has no chances to answer to prosecutor.
Besides, according to current laws in case of death sentence pronunciation there is no Iraq official that has right to alleviate verdict. And execution must be fulfilled month after sentence pronunciation.
There is unofficial information that Iraq ex-minister of Foreign Affairs Tarik Aziz agreed to give evidences against Hussein. In exchange for testimony Aziz will be released from prison after end of trial.
As a reminder: trial over Hussein and 7 his subordinates must start on October 19 of current year.
