City of future in Southern Korea
New town U-City will appear on territory of Southern Korea during next 10 years.
It will be constructed on seaside area of 5.5 square kilometers. U-City will be an embodiment of city in future without pictorial old blocks of buildings and palaces. Tourists will be attracted by other places of interest. Town will contain new technologies everywhere. "Smart" houses, streets, furniture will take care of citizens. Every citizen will have universal smart-card which he can use to open apartment and automobile doors, to pay in restaurant and cinema. All buildings will be connected by general information network. It is planned that U-City will be a town for leading workers in hi-tech industry and milliards invested in construction will be repaid a hundredfold.
