"Siberian Oil" moves to Saint-Petersburg
Within the next few days the president of "Siberian Oil" Evgeny Shvidler is supposed to send in his resignation.
The main candidate on the leader of oil-company is the deputy chief Alexander Ryazanov reported a newpaper "Kommersant". According to "Vedomsti" the candidates can be the chief of "Gas industrial holding" Alisher Usmanov and the chief of "Regional gas" Kirill Seleznev.
The new leader of "Siberian Oil" will re-register the company from Omsk region into Saint-Petersburg - it will happen next year.
Omsk officials declare in case of "Siberian Oil" movement the budget of the region will lose about 14bln Rubles.
The Omsk region deputy Oleg Smolin demanded the compensation of 13,6 Rubles in 2006.
If "Siberian Oil" moves to Saint-Petersburg it will bring a lot of profit to the budget and will contributes to pay off the government debt which is at present time 16,21bln Rubles.
