Ukraine initiated the convening of an emergency meeting of NATO Commission, in connection with the fighting in the Donbass, informs referring to the Deputy head of Mission of Ukraine to NATO's political problems Yegor Idol.
" The head of Mission of Ukraine to NATO Ihor Dolgov initiated before the NATO Secretary General convene an urgent meeting of the Commission Ukraine-NATO for discussion and further action. The conduct of said meeting is anticipated for 26 January, " said God.
He said that the mission of Ukraine to NATO activated mechanism crisis consultations with the Alliance in Accordance with the Charter on a distinctive partnership between Ukraine and NATO.
