MES LNR: OSCE did not seek information about the consequences of firing
The self-proclaimed head of the Ministry of Luhansk national Republic Sergey Ivanushkin said that representatives of the OSCE mission to date has not addressed the Ministry for information about the aftermath of the shelling of the city on the evening of 27 January.
