The CSTO parliamentary Assembly invited the head of the OSCE PA to meet in St. Petersburg

Head of delegations of the CSTO parliamentary Assembly, Vice-speaker of the National Assembly (Parliament) of Armenia Eduard Sharmazanov met on Thursday in Vienna on the sidelines of the winter session of the parliamentary Assembly of the OSCE, with its Secretary General Spencer Oliver, notify the Secretariat of the CSTO PA.
during the meeting Sharmazanov invited Oliver and other members of the OSCE PA to participate in the activities of the CSTO parliamentary Assembly, which will be held 14-16 April, 2015 in St. Petersburg.
"The interlocutors stressed the interest of both organizations to strengthen cooperation and collaboration on current problems of international security ", - said in the report.
Sharmazanov said that the CSTO PA is only for peaceful settlement of the conflict issues in the regions of tension, and among them such as Ukraine or the South Caucasus.
in April, in the Tauride Palace in St. Petersburg will host the next meeting of the CSTO PA Council. It will engage the head of the parliaments of the CSTO countries - Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan.
