The Klintsevich: can be peacekeepers only with agreement
The involvement of peacekeepers on the ground of Ukraine can only be in consensus with the militia in this matter, said a member of the Department of the state Duma of the Russian Federation on defense Franz Klintsevich.
Secretary of the Council of national security and defence (NSDC) of Ukraine Oleksandr Turchynov said on Wednesday about the need for accommodation in Donbass peacekeeping forces on the contact line of the parties to the conflict and plot the Ukrainian border, which Kyiv does not control.
