The Chairman of the Parliament of the self-proclaimed people's Republic of Lugansk Alex Katz said Kiev wants to shift on peacekeepers blockade of the self-proclaimed LC and DNR.
On Tuesday, the Ukrainian Parliament has defined the zone of action of the law on the special status of Donbass, but accompanied it with the amendments, postponing the entry into force of the law before the Donbass local elections. In addition, the Verkhovna Rada approved the appeal of the President of Petro Poroshenko in the UN security Council and the EU Council on the deployment within the country international peacekeeping and security.
