BAKST Leo Samuilovich

BAKST (cf.. Pham. Rosenberg) Leo Samuilovich (1866-1924), Russia painter, graphic artist, stage designer. Member of the 'World of Art'. From 1909 he lived mainly in Paris. How decorator Russian Seasons stylising antique and oriental motifs, creating an exquisitely decorative fantastic spectacle.
