Born June 15, 1930 in the village Levashov Daghestan, Dargin.
Prior to 1950 - Teacher Levashinskoy School. In 1952 he graduated from the Dagestan Pedagogical Institute. Until 1957 - the school director, head Levashinskim Rono.
Since 1957 - chairman of collective farm. Comintern. From 1966 - Head of Department of Agriculture Levashinskogo area in 1969 was elected Chairman Levashinskogo executive committee.
In 1968 he graduated from the correspondence department of the Dagestan Agricultural Institute.
Since December 1970 - at the party work. From January 1979 - first deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Dagestan Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic in 1982 - also chairman of the National Council of the agro-industrial associations.
. Since May 1983 - Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Dagestan ASSR.
. Since August 1987 - Chairman of the Supreme Council of the Dagestan ASSR.
