Solonnikov Dmitry

Born March 11, 1969. From 1986 to 1992 he studied at the Leningrad Institute eletkrotehnicheskom. VI Ulyanov (Lenin) - LETI - specializing in Hydro-and ultrasound equipment (at the end had to work in the field of designing, constructing and servicing the submarines with the distribution in the Krylov Shipbuilding Research Institute). In 1989 Solonnikov was elected secretary of the Komsomol committee LET.
February 1992 (after graduation) until 1993 worked as head of department policy and deputy editor of Novaya Gazeta.
In 1993 Solonnikov was appointed Head of the Department of Youth Kolpino District Administration St. Petersburg Mayor.
In 1994 he was appointed to the post of Chief Specialist of Youth St. Petersburg Mayor.
On September 28, 1995 - Director of a public institution "City Center to work with children, adolescents and youth".
In autumn 1995, Dmitry Solonnikov led the federal list of electoral association Generations abroad "- members of the parliamentary elections.
