Spiegel Leonid Teodorovich

Born 1956. In 1973, Mr.. entered the Moscow Evening Metallurgical Institute, and simultaneously began working at the plant "Hammer and Sickle grinder.
In 1974. Leonid Spiegel was designed to train troops and a month later in the shock battalions of volunteer went to the construction of the Baikal-Amur Railway.

In 1986. arrested for entrepreneurial activity and sentenced to 10 years in prison. He was one of the founders of the Party of Economic Freedom. On the I Congress of the PEC in December 1992 was elected first secretary of the Party.
At the III Congress of the PEC in January 1994, Leonid Shpigel elected General Secretary of the Party.
