In 1975. graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute. Subsequently, there is a postgraduate, holds a PhD, Associate Professor.

Entrepreneurial activity started in 1988, leading the firm, specializes in agricultural production.

In 1990. founded and headed the JSC "International Economic Community (MEA).

In 1994. - Elected deputy chairman of the Union of oil exporters in Russia (SONEK).

In 1995. established and headed the International Foundation "Russian Cultural Initiative".

He was awarded the Order of Friendship.

He is married and has one daughter.
