Filippov Dmitri

Born Aug. 1, 1944 in Kemerovo region.
In 1967 he graduated from the Leningrad Electrotechnical Institute (LETI). He worked as a master, technologist, head of field NGOs "Positron". In 1974 Dmitry Filippov elected secretary of the Komsomol Central Committee and approved by the Chief of Staff of the construction of the Baikal-Amur Railway, then - chief of staff for the development of the West Siberian oil and gas.
In 1983 he became first secretary of the Smolninsky District Party Committee.
Since 1986 - Secretary of the Leningrad Regional Party Committee on Industry.
In 1988 he graduated from the Academy of Social Sciences under the CPSU Central Committee (Department of Economics and Production).
In 1990 he was appointed head of the State Tax Inspectorate of Leningrad (St Petersburg).
In October 1993, dismissed by order of the Chief State Tax. Decision of the court reinstated, but resigned.
In 1990-1993, he was elected deputy of city council. In 1994-1996 - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Petersburg Fuel Company
