Viktor Sergeevich Savel'ev

Born in 1928 in the village of Bang. The angle of the Tambov region. Father - Sergey (1904. born.). Mother - Olga Kuzminichna (1909. born.). Son - Sergiy (genus. 1954).

He graduated in 1951 Russia State Medical University for Special Surgery, where since 1967 works as head of the Department of Faculty Surgery. MD, Ph.D., Professor. President of Society of Surgeons of Russia, member of the World Association of surgeons and cardiovascular surgeons, academician of the Academy of Medical and Technical Sciences, academician of the Academy of Creativity (r. Moscow). He is the author of several publications, including: 'Diseases of main veins', 'Massive pulmonary embolism', 'Manual of emergency abdominal surgery', 'Guide to Clinical Endoscopy'. For his scientific practice was awarded the title Hero of Socialist Labor, Laureate of State Prizes of USSR and Russia. He is fond of hunting.
