Aksakov Alexander

1832 - 1903, after graduating from high school in Alexander, A. in 1852 he took part in the expedition Melnikov Crypt for research division in the Nizhny Novgorod region in 1868 - 78 years was in the service in the State Chancellery. From the middle of the 1860 A. fond mediumship and spiritualism, and prints a series of articles in German and Russian versions of animal magnetism and spiritualism, and some of them are connected in the collection "Spiritualism and Science (St. Petersburg, 1872). Since 1874 A. publishes a monthly magazine in Leipzig "Psychische Studien", dedicated to the study of little-known phenomena of mental life.
