Biography Argutinsky-Dolgorukov Moses Z.
(1797 - 1855), spun his service in the Caucasus. Initial education was in Tiflis noble college and his father intended to Civil Service. A.P. Ermolov, on his arrival in the Caucasus, seeing a young AA-Dolgorukov great ability, persuaded his father to send him to the service in St. Petersburg. In 1817, AA-Dolgorukov was enrolled in the Life Guards cavalry regiment. In 1844, . the rank of Major-General, . A.-Dolgorukov was appointed commander of troops in southern Dagestan and in the Kuban and Derbent districts, . in 1847 - Derbent military governor, in the same 1847 he was entrusted with command of troops in the Caspian region, . Earlier many cases distinguished, he in 1848 took Gergebil and defeated Lezghins Miskindzhi when, in 1853, made during the winter traffic through the Caucasus Mountains to the rear of Shamil invaded the limits Lezghian cordon line. In 1877 he put in Temir-Khan-Shura monument.
