Biography DE-Sangli, Yakov Ivanovich
(1776 - 1864). Read in German literature at Moscow University and taught tactics, then served at Balashov, during opals Speranskii (cm. his stories of "Russian Archive", 1871). Together with Reinhard published the magazine "Aurora" (Moscow, 1805 - 1806).
