Biography Decker, Schenk Ivan
(1825 - 1899), a native of Vienna. Relocated to St. Petersburg, managed Tyrolese chorus in various places of entertainment, then began to speak, and as a guitarist, discovered an outstanding virtuosity. He owns a number of operettas, had success: "Hadji Murat", "Don Quixote", "Secret Corregidor," "maiden-the trooper," "Phryne," "Mistress into Maid", "leprosy buffoon" and others, and a few popular songs.
