Ibn Hibinta

Lived during the first buidskih rulers of Baghdad, Ahmad ibn Buvai (946 - 949) and `Adud ad-Daula (949 - 982). Developed the concept of the application cycles of Jupiter and Saturn to a description of world history. Only the one work I.H. - A vast compilation of astronomical Astrolite-Kitab al-mughni fi `l-nudzhum" (941). The importance of this work is that it contains a lot of information about the views of earlier authors - Ptolemy, Dorothea Sidonski Kanaka, etc.. One of the most interesting sections of this work - a book discussion Mashallaha "Fi 'l-kiranat" containing its own astrological interpretation I.H. buidskih rulers came to power.
