Biography Lecco William Eduprd Hartpol (Lecky William Edward Hartpole)
(1838-1903) Born in Newton Park, near Dublin, 26 March 1838. He graduated from Trinity College in Dublin in 1859. Despite the fact that the first books Lecco were not seen by the public, he had not abandoned literary pursuits. In 1895-1902 Lecco represented Dublin University in the House of Commons.
