Biography Laurence Marie (Laurencin Marie)
Born October 31 1885 near Paris. She studied at the Lycц?e Lamartine and the Academy of Embera. Beginning of her creative 'friendship with artists Picasso and Braque and the poet Guillaume Apollinaire. In 1909 she wrote a large canvas - a group portrait of friends, which depicts Picasso, Fernand Olivier, Apollinaire, and she. Own very individual style of the artist was formed around 1910.
