Biography Germain Pilon (Pilon Pillon Germain)
(ca. 1536-1590) Born in Paris. In 1558 Pierre Bontanu helped in the creation of the Tomb of Francis I, and from 1561 until his death on Feb. 4, 1590 worked at the court as a sculptor and medalist.
