Biography Gaudenzio (Gaudentius)
Gaudenzi; Gaudentius, from Briscoe, mind. after 406 g. n. e., Latin Christian writer. Briscoe, Bishop, was a friend of Ambrose, John Chrysostom and Rufino. In defense of John Chrysostom, dial into exile, went to 406 g. a letter of Pope Innocent I and Emperor Honorius in Constantinople to the court of Emperor Arcadia, but to no avail. He left a treatise Twenty-one sermons - sermons, speeches on the themes of the catechism and interpretation.
