Biography GRAVE Rakhmanov
GRAVE Rakhmanov (1874-1960), inventor of smokeless powder rocket. Lecturer, then Professor of the Artillery Academy Grave first proposed in 1915 to use in rockets pressed for a long time burning pieces of smokeless powder pyroxylin. In 1916, Shlisselburgsky gunpowder factory they were made of pyroxyline mass and tested cylindrical pieces 70 mm. The name of Grave named a crater on the Moon.
