Graduated from the Moscow Order of Lenin and the Order of Red Banner of Labor Institute of Railway Transport (1954-1960 gg.).

In 1960-1964, Mr.. worked as an engineer-technologist, then deputy chief of planning department of Lublin Casting-Mechanical Plant.
