KOLTSOV Fyodor

Koltsov Fyodor (Feb. 1898, d Astashutino Belsky district of Smolensk province - 25.4.1938), statesman. The son of a peasant. From 1912 he worked in the township board, county zemstvos. In Feb.. 1918 joined the Left Socialist-Revolutionaries, in October. 1918 - in the RCP (b). Since 1918 he worked in the county Belskoye. In 1919-20 - in Podolia: Head. Provincial Workers 'and Peasants' Inspectorate (RCTs), before. Provincial Committee of the Komsomol. In May 1920 joined the Red Army, worked at the RCT. Since 1922 Head. RCT Vinnitsa Province. In 1925-26 Head. administrative and organizational department of the People's Commissariat of Trade of Ukraine. Since 1926 in the planning and trade institutions Kaluga. In 1929-30 before. Sukhinichi Regional Executive Committee. In 1931-32 Head. Western Regional Supply Division. In 1932-35 authorized the Committee for the procurement of agricultural products in the Western Region in 1935-37 for the Kirov region, in April-Sept. 1936 to the edge of the Azov-Black Sea. Since Sept.. Before 1937. Rostov Oblast Executive Committee. In 1937-38 member of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR. 5.10.1937 appointed before. Committee for the procurement of agricultural products in SNK. 15/1/1938 Committee reorganized into the People's Commissariat blanks, and three days later was arrested Koltsov. Sentenced to death. Shot. In 1956, rehabilitated.
