. Often referred to as the creator of the style "nuevo tango", the Argentine Piazzolla was a dreamer, who endured the fury of many of his fellow citizens, because they interpreted the national dance in their own musical imagination
. Sincere and skillful performer on the bandoneon (a kind of accordion), Piazzolla was one of the world's leading composers. In addition to his own group he recorded with jazz and classical musicians. Astor Pitstsolla was born January 30, 1921 in the Argentine city of Mar de Plata. With his parents he moved to New York as a child, and at the age of 13 years - was invited by the undisputed king of tango, Carlos Gardeakute take part in writing music for the film "El Did Que Me Quieras". Piazzolla was a true musical innovator, he is very well chosen instrument and musical style (tango) for its creative implementation. He got on the international concert stage, not dissolved in the working dance floors and port nightclubs of Buenos Aires. He returned from the USA to Argentina, where he played in the ensemble, led by Anibal Troakutelya. After the death of Troakutelya Piatsolla began his solo career, having achieved later in the 50's and 60's of the great success. By this time, he was awarded a government scholarship and studied with BOULANDI Nadia (Nadia Boulanger) in Paris. BOULANDI helped him discover his own creative capabilities and understanding of the roots of native music, he is fully focused on the tango. A modernized tango for the new generations, buoyant style of performance ( 'nuevo tango') soon attracted the attention of a grand South American audience (as well as the rejection of the traditionalists). In the 80 years he was forced to move from Argentina to Paris because of the explosive political climate. His international breakthrough with the quintet Quinteto Tango Nuevo, they formed in 1976, took place in the beginning of the 80-ies. The quartet represented by Fernando Suarez Paz (violin), Pablo Zeigler (piano), Horatsio Malvisino (guitar) and Hector Console (bass). Enormous popularity Piazzolla also brought two albums, recorded with American producer Kip Hanrakanom: "Tango Zero Hour" and "The Rough Dancer And The Cyclical Night".
