Reinhardt, Fritz (Reinhardt), (1895-1969), Gauleiter of Upper. Bavaria (1928-30), founder and leader of the Nazi Party School to train speakers - rednershule. Born April 3, 1895 in Ilmenau. Was a school teacher. In 1928 joined the NSDAP. In 1930-33 member of the Reichstag. In April 1933 Reinhardt was appointed State Secretary of the Ministry of Finance, where he focused on issues of financing the construction of the Wehrmacht. Was among the initiators of the law to increase the income tax, which became known as the "program Reinhardt". September 1, 1933 he was awarded the title Gruppenfiihrer CA (Lieutenant General), and he became one of the leaders of the Main Staff of the SA. In 1937, Reinhardt was Obergruppenfiihrer CA. After 2-nd World War, was convicted, among other Nazi leaders. Released in 1949.
