Henkin Vladimir Yakovlevich was born Dec. 20, 1883 in Kharkov, died April 17, 1953 in Moscow.
On the scene since 1902 (Feodosia). In 1908 he was invited to the Moscow theater 'Buff'.
In 1911 began performing on stage. Performed songs, read stories, imitated famous actors. For Henkin was characterized by a subtle sense of comedy, sharp observation, the ability to create vivid fleeting sketches.
