Emma Bunton has Beau
Baby-Spice gave birth to son Beau yesterday while listening to the Beatles? Here Comes The Sun.
Emma Bunton said it is her and Beau?s dad Jade Jones? favourite song.
Emma, 31, had 7lb 15oz Beau at 11.12am yesterday at London?s private Portland Hospital.
Boyfriend Jade, 27, who was present at the birth, said outside the hospital: "Baby?s had a baby now! We?re both over the moon and absolutely thrilled to bits to have our little boy.
"His name is the French word for handsome and he is definitely very handsome.
"Emma is doing really well - just recovering and bonding with the baby.
"Both are having a little nap. I don?t want to miss a second without him."
He quipped: "Beau looks a bit like both of us actually, so he?s a very lucky boy."
Jade said the first thing Emma asked for after giving birth was flapjacks and Coca Cola. Emma once feared she could not have kids as she was diagnosed with endometriosis - making it difficult to conceive.
She and Jade, former member of Nineties boy band DAMAGE, have been a couple for eight years on and off but finally moved in together last year.
Emma is the latest member of SPICE GIRLS, who announced in June that they are reforming for a comeback tour, to give birth.
MEL B has daughters Phoenix Chi, eight, by ex-husband JIMMY GULZAR and Angel Iris, four months, by Hollywood star EDDIE MURPHY.
GERI HALLIWELL had her first child Bluebell Madonna 14 months ago.
