Kofi Annan: the Minsk agreement is not perfect, but implemented
Former Secretary-General of the United Nations Kofi Annan considers that the Minsk agreement is not perfect, but viable mechanism for the settlement of the situation in Ukraine.
yesterday the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin met with the delegation of the Elders group, comprising 12 independent persons international level. The meeting discussed current international issues, among them the situation in Ukraine.
Annan, who headed the delegation, said that the group wants to continue contacts with other leaders on the issue of Ukraine.
