HRC: we are working on sending to treatment with Donbass in the Russian Federation 127 children
According to the information of the monitoring group on child rights in Eastern Ukraine, about 300 children in the South-East of Ukraine are in need of emergency care are currently being sent to the Russian Federation 127 wounded children, said a member of the presidential Council on human rights (HRC), the head of the Union volunteers Russia Jan Lantratova.
The monitoring group members from 30 may to 1 June visited Donetsk and Lugansk, to collect information about received damage in the process of conflict children and violations of the rights of the child in the field. In the framework of the visit Authorized the monitoring group visited hospitals, schools and kindergartens, as well as basements and air-RAID shelter, where citizens live. In addition, they conveyed to the city hospital of Gorlovka device for physiotherapy. Collected during the monitoring mission data will be combined into a report that will inform the presidents of Russia and Ukraine in the Committee of the United Nations on the rights of the child, the European court of human rights.

She said that the monitoring Group also says the number of children requiring high-technology care.

In the spring of the current year at the initiative of Lantratov was created by the monitoring Group on the rights of the child in the East of Ukraine. The group entered, and among them, a member of the Public chamber of the Russian Federation Anton Tsvetkov, the people's Deputy of the state Duma of the Russian Federation Olga Alimov, member of the Council of Federation Lyudmila Bokova, member of the HRC Maxim Shevchenko. The group also collaborates with the office of the Commissioner on the rights of the child under the President of the Russian Federation.
