Russia took the second place dedicated to the production claims to the ECHR

The Russian side took second place in the list of such cases. In the first place is Ukraine with 13200 claims. On the 3rd - Turkey (9200 claims), followed by Italy (8800 lawsuits). Least of all claims against Azerbaijan - 1500.
Historically, not all lawsuits are out of reach specifically to the judges. Direct decision will be handed down in no more than half of the claims.
