MEP: Ukraine is not out of the economic downfall without Russia
Ukraine will not be able to cross the economic crisis without the help of Russia, said on Thursday the people's Deputy of the European Parliament from France Bernard Mono.
"I think without the help of the Russian side, Ukraine will not be able to get out of economic slump. Ukraine was among the countries that are closely connected with Russia, then Ukraine tried to get out of this Union, and we can see that Ukraine can not cross their economic problems without the assistance of the Russian Federation, " said Mono.
He said that " the current economic situation in Ukraine is a consequence of the war and the coup d'?tat in February 2014 ".
"First of all, there is always Finance the war, and secondly, the country is completely destabilised from an economic point of view, thirdly, in the past Ukraine has survived only because of the Russian economy and financing," added the MEP.
He also believes that the situation in Ukraine is quite capable in the Greek script.
before Thursday, the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Natalie Jaresko has not ruled out the announcement in July of a default on public debt.
