Law enforcement agencies in Ukraine may be headed by a foreigner, said Poroshenko
The head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko said that the post of national police chief in the country may take a foreigner.
"I do not exclude that there (in the post of national police chief - ed.) has the ability to be a foreigner," said Poroshenko in an interview to a TV channel.
