The Russians are in favour of a ban of the swastika
On the background of the prohibitions of Russian and Communist symbols in the Baltic States and Ukraine, a survey showed that residents of Russia treat them positively. With all this, the majority of respondents are sharply negative attitude to the swastika.

62% of Russians are in favour of the prohibition of the use of the swastika. Against the ban voted by 19% of respondents. 20% of Russians would like to ban the emblem of Ukraine, but 46% against this decision. But to ban Soviet symbols most of the respondents would not (72%). So, against the symbol of the hammer and sickle was made by only 7% of respondents.
