DND: the law on local elections can " finally bury Minsk-2 "
The decision of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko signed the law on local elections may finally "bury" a Complex of measures on implementation of the Minsk agreement of 12 February, said Fins news the head of the people's Council of the self-proclaimed Donetsk national Republic Andrey Purgin.
yesterday the head of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has signed the law on local elections that Rada appointed on 25 October. Adopted by the contact group document dated 12 February envisages that in "certain districts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions" local elections, the preparation of which Kiev is obliged to carry out in coordination with authorized these areas. Following the adoption by Parliament of the law on local elections showed DND and LNR told that this law has nothing to do with the Minsk agreements.
"Today it's about the decision Poroshenko signed the law on local elections and the motion to commit the changes in the Constitution, in principle, completely negate the Complex of measures on 12 February. It seems that everything goes to the fact that the document will be disrupted. Have in mind that the Complex of measures on February 12, will be finally buried. Then the question will arise to the guarantors, what are we going to do next, " Purgin said.
The military operation against dissatisfied with the coup d'etat of residents of Donbas lasts more than a year.
